How Varden works
What each check covers, what it cannot see, and where each feature stands today.
A room check
Check the room
Varden walks you through a check with your phone's camera and light, and looks at devices on the Wi-Fi you joined.
Look closer
Anything worth a second look is flagged with what we saw and what to do next.
Keep a record
Save a report with photos and notes to share with your host, platform or police.
What Varden checks
Camera lenses
Guided lens check with your phone's camera and light.
Devices on your Wi-Fi
Devices on the network you joined, shown as hints.
Vehicle check
A guided search for GPS trackers on your car.
Hidden Wi-Fi cameras
The Varden Key listens for camera traffic on 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
Bluetooth trackers
The Varden Key finds nearby AirTag, Tile, SmartTag and other tracker signals, with a warmer/colder finder.
Also in Varden
Encrypted vault
For passport, ID and travel documents.
Emergency card
Medical notes and local emergency numbers, works offline.
Safety timer
Alerts your trusted contacts if you don't check in.
Fake call and loud alarm
A fake incoming call, or a loud alarm with a strobe, when you need a reason to leave or attention fast.
What it can't see
No tool can find every device. Varden can't see cameras that are off, wired, cellular-only or fully hidden behind a surface. A quiet result is not a guarantee. Use your judgment and look closer when something feels off.
